Implement transitional employment for service leavers and veterans

What the petition asks
Service leavers and veterans are currently discharged from service with no guarantee of transitional employment that would allow time for decompression of physical/mental health recovery. Service can be a long period of institutionalised pattern setting for veterans. There is a need for adjustment.

Veterans make up 1 in 10 of the UK populous, we have upto 10000 in the HM prison service and 7,000 rough sleeping, about 170,000 working age veterans are unemployed or economically inactive with a veteran suicide every two weeks!
We need a significant change in support services!
