Convene the Honours Forfeiture Committee to investigate Christopher Chope MP

Christopher Chope has consistently abused Parliamentary procedures to stifle debate and remove the voices of other Parliamentarians. He has been granted a knighthood and an OBE. The Honours Forfeiture Committee should investigate if he has brought the system into disrepute through his behaviour.
