What the petition asks

Cars will need to meet the strict standards from the end of 2022.

After that date petrol cars made before 2005 and diesels built before September 2014 will not be allowed in the zone.

All classic car enthusiasts will be discriminated against, most classic car enthusiasts have their vehicle in better condition than daily running cars, this is a reason why the government are excluding car's over 40 years old for MOT, and tax.
But now we will not be able to drive them near the city center, we already pay over £250 py for road tax until the car is 40 years old .
