What the petition asks
The new timetable introduced on 20/05/18 led to massive disruption to journeys. It is the passenger's responsibility to claim delay repay. It would be fairer for all concerned if the ticket price was reduced by 50% until 95% of timetabled services arrived within one minute of the scheduled time
