Kathryn Holloway the Beds PCC is mismanaging Beds Police within the context of her function & is fast loosing the confidence of her electorate on mass. Particularly the Policing needs of Leighton Buzzard are grossly inadequate & there is a long history of broken promises & failur to rectify.
