What the petition asks
It has been disclosed via mainstream media that Teresa May and her Husband have financial interests in regards to medicinal cannabis yet as home secretary and as PM she has blocked any change in legislation. She has not commented on this matter but should explain this hypocrisy to the people.
So the PM's husband has a financial interest in medicinal cannabis yet she has on many occasions stated that there is "no medicinal value" as both the home secretary where she would've awarded licenses to grow cannabis for medicinal research and as PM where she allows the sale of medicinal cannabis to anyone other than the British people.
She must explain to the house and the people this level of hypocrisy.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
