Change the motorbike test that discriminates against female/shorter riders
Rejected

What the petition asks
I am a 5ft 2 and 9 1/2 stone female and I have been riding my Yamaha SR125 for 3 years having passed my CBT twice now. I want to take my test. Under EU rules I have to take my test on bikes that are too heavy and too powerful. Instructors say this is their most common complaint they hear it daily.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could ask the UK Government to work with other EU member states to change the rules for motorbike tests, so that they can be taken on a wider range of motorbikes.
