The drinks manufacturing industry supplies the majority of its products in cardboard cases wrapped in shrink wrap plastic... this is not a recyclable product and is filling our landfills and creating tonnes of waste that is not necessary, we need a return to recycling bottles....
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about drinks packaging, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
