Make it legal for civilians to smash a car window to save overheating dogs

What the petition asks

Dogs in the UK are dying over being left in hot cars and by the time police attend most likely these dogs won’t have survived, it’s vital to let people rescue these animals before it’s too late.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Change the law on smashing a car window to release a dog from a hot car.
