Stop UK airports from charging for passenger drop off’s
Rejected
10 signatures
What the petition asks
Charging 2-5 pounds for 10 minutes when dropping off passengers at various UK airports is causing unnecessary financial burden on passengers and relatives and causes a negative impression in regard to provision of public services.
Historically, there were no drop off charges at airports and services kept moving smoothly - there is no rationale of imposing charges now.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
