Ban Dog walking in summer heat.

What the petition asks
Dogs Die from heatstroke during the hot summer weather , they also suffer from horrendous burns on there feet, Owners should be sensible and only walk them in the coolest of times of the day not when it is extremely hot. We as humans cannot stand the heat imagine walking around in a big fur coat.
