What the petition asks
Mrs May repeatedly told parliament that Brexit meant leaving the EU .... Brexit means Brexit. Her proposal before the commons means no such thing, and therefore she has misled parliament.

Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
The resignation of the Prime Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
