Are the trunk roads supporting Loch Ryan port fit for purpose?
Rejected
10 signatures
What the petition asks
The A77 and A75 connect N.Ireland with the rest of the UK. It handles 45% on N.Irleands trade. Yet these supporting trunks roads are dangerous, slow, in poor condition and are costing lives. The RTA has called for increased investment. Yet it is not forthcoming. This is costing lives.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is the responsibility of DfI Roads in Northern Ireland, not the UK Government or Parliament.
