What the petition asks
12 boys and their football coach became trapped in a cave system after trapped after heavy rain sent torrents of floodwater into the cave. Cave diving experts John Volanthen, Richard Stanton, and Robert Harper were called in by Thai authorities to help. Discovering them after nine days underground.
