Change the colour of becons to red when stationery for recovery vehicles

What the petition asks
Unfortunately the use of amber becons do not work any more everything these days seems to have amber lights the recovery industry have lost a lot of people lately doing our job at road side
The construction industry have got green becons when working it makes them stands out we would stand out with red becons and it could save our lives
