To put a splash park at Victoria Park in Portsmouth

We have splash parks at both ends of the city, one being in Hilsea and one being in Southsea. If your like me and live in the middle of the city it’s quite away to get to either of them, so a splash park in the centre would be amazing and very benaficial.
