What the petition asks
Personal Independence Payments criteria is frightfully ill-suited for those claimants that have a form of learning difficulty or mental health condition. The PIP criteria is dreadfully preposterous for this division of society. We are asking the government to reinstate DLA for these groups.
We would like the government to reconsider their options in regards to reinstating the Disability Living Allowance Criteria for this group of claimants. The following links back up the point of this petition.
