What the petition asks
FGM is a cultural/religious practice where the clitoral hood, the labia majora/minora &, in extreme cases, the clitoris is removed. The procedure is done without anaesthetic by a ‘cutter’ using razors or broken glass. Some have the vagina sewn closed leaving a tiny hole to urinate & menstruate.
This clinic is dedicated to treating FGM victims.

Children’s Outpatient Clinic
Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Wing London WC1E 6BD
Bearing in mind that this clinic knows who these children are, not one person has been convicted of ordering, assisting or performing FGM. Sign below if you want the FGM clinic to be forced to report all cases to the police. The families of these girls should be immediately deported and news of the deportation publicised to deter others.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
There is already a duty on healthcare professionals to report cases of female genital mutilation (FGM) in girls under 18 years. You can find out more here:

Deciding what action to take on a specific report of a crime is an operational decision for the police. You can find out more here:
