Build all M53 bridges with anti climb fencing

What the petition asks
All bridges crossing the M53 should have new fences built across them so people are unable to climb up and over them.
How many more lives must be lost or risked because motorway bridges are built with fences that can be climbed? This is happening all too often and is so easily preventable.
