Tougher fines for Drivers that park in DISABLED SPACES

What the petition asks
Disabled spaces are there for people that need them some of the most disabled and vulnerable people in our community, People get fined the same amount for parking in a space and over staying there paid parking ticket they have bought from a machine.
People who park in a disabled space without a blue badge show total disregard for the people who need them the most, the punishment should be harsher why should they pay the same as someone over staying there paid ticket?
