Build an open play area for children in Shiremoor North Tyneside

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

The only other existing play area (adventure playground) closes at 4pm during school holidays leaving the children of Shiremoor no where to play. Children have been congregating in other areas such as the metro station and school field areas where some disorder has been reported.
We are hoping to rally the local council/government to build a play area similar to the park in nearby West Allotment which has access 24 hrs a day to keep children and families occupied.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
