What the petition asks
Premier league parachute payments are leaving football league teams unable to be as competitive in signing players without exceeding financial fair play limits giving recently relegated teams an unfair advantage.
Whilst relegated teams from premier league are given millions of pounds for failure other league teams are forced to either over charge for admission, sell their best players or risk breaking efl financial fair play rules in an attempt to be competitive in the transfer market

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
