What the petition asks
Government must sack Boris Johnson from Conservative Party for spreading hatred and division by saying Muslim women wearing burka look like a letter box and bank robber.
Mr Johnson wrote an article in The Daily Telegraph, Mon 6/8/2018 Page 14 "The lovely Danes have got it wrong- a burka ban is not the answer.
He said:
"If you tell me burka is oppressive, then I am with you."
"I would go further and say that it is absolutely ridiculous that people should choose to go around looking like letter boxes."
"If a female student up at school or at a university lecture looking like bank robber then ditto."
"A scuffle broke out as someone tried to rip it off her head"
