Make calls to the Police non-emergency number 101 free.

What the petition asks
Calls to 999 are free, but often these are not urgent. Calls to the NHS 111 are free. The public are encouraged (quite rightly) to report crimes, but are discouraged by the cost. If the Police want the public to report more crimes, and to reduce non-urgent 999 calls, 101 should be a free service.
