To let ice cream vans play there melodys after 7pm

What the petition asks
East Ayrshire council is putting a ban on the ice cream vans playing melodys after 7pm and is stopping the public knowing there in the area. Also upsetting as it's a long tradition getting out to sleep.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
