Offer African languages from across the continent as formally recognised GCSEs

What the petition asks
There are over 15 modern languages offered as a GCSE, however none of the languages offered cover countries across the African continent.
According the the 2011 census 1.8% of the UK population are Black African and that is set to grow, therefore children of Black African descent should be given the opportunity to achieve a modern language GCSE in their mother tongue.
