stop Holland from holding draw Muhammed cartoon event
Rejected

What the petition asks
The Freedom Party of Dutch anti-Islam politician Geert Wilders is holding a competition of cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad. This contest promotes hate against a Prophet who is followed by over TWO BILLION MUSLIMS in every corner of the world.
Freedom of Speech is a qualified and not an absolute right. Freedom of expression does not extend to freedom to incite hatred, incite racism, or vilification of beliefs. We all recognise the world and tolerance that has developed for the better since the days of the World War. Reckless and malicious expressions lead to vilification and hatred of each and other and disorder between communities
