What the petition asks
Currently there is no law to protect our dogs which is enforced, when a dog attacks or kills another dog.
The government need to update the dangerous dogs act 1991 and make the owners liable for prosecution if an attack happens.
The government need to update the dangerous dogs act 1991 and make the owners liable for prosecution if an attack happens.
On the 19th August 2018 our blind 14yr old toy poodle was savagely attacked by two American bulldogs. She was playing in the long grass when the two dogs saw movement and hunted her. The dogs were too strong and she couldn’t be saved.
We need to fight to save all other dogs lives from dangerous dogs which are not correctly restrained.
We can’t bring Emma or the other dogs who have lost their lives back but we can try and change the future.
