Provide better out of hours mental health services

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I’ve suffered my whole life with mental health issues. It’s so so difficult to get help on the spot when actually needed. 9/10 they can’t give you a fair assessment hours after your “breakdown”
I just want it to be made more available to get assessed in your time of need and not having to wait for a gp’s referral. That time waiting could cost someone their life

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure what kinds of services you want the Government to fund out of hours.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.

If you want the Government to fund facilities for people who feel suicidal so they always have somewhere to go, you may wish to sign this petition instead: Fund facilities for people who feel suicidal so they always have somewhere to go
