The resignation of T.May & S.Javid over their handling of Brexit & our country

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

A vote of no confidence, the reason being our democratic sovereign vote on Brexit is not being held up for the sovereignty of the people of the UK. The vote case on the 23rd June 2016 is not being upheld by UK law. We demand herself and government resign.
We the sovereign people of the UK demand that the acting Home Secretary Sajid Javid is not permitted by law to be interim Prime Minister, seeing as there has not been a leadership election or general election that Sajid Javid has contested.

I urge the sovereign people who read this, to sign in the national interest of the country and the future generations of the United Kingdom

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.

The resignation of an MP/Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
