What the petition asks

We all see so many Facebook posts and hear so many stories of people’s cats getting killed or left for dead at the side of the road with no one reporting anything and for the owners these pets are a part of the family, very much loved and it’s devastating to loose them.

I would like to see the law changed so collisions with cats have to be reported to the police and owners notified by scanning of the microchip.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
