Allow England to form a devolved Government.

What the petition asks
Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales have freedom to make their own decisions and choices with a devolved democracy. England however has to follow the laws that Westminster agrees. It is not fair that these countries get to vote and have an input on decisions that affect our lives but not their own.
E.g Scotland can contribute to the decision over the future of our NHS, something of which doesn't not affect themselves.
If we had a devolved democracy, England would have the right to freedom. Let our lives be determined by our own decisions and not because of others; with a devolved democracy this is made possible.
