What the petition asks
After seeing numerous cyclists clip cars on the road I have decided to create this partition. I believe cyclists should be insured to cover any accidents or damages to other road users property.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
