What the petition asks
Motorists who have placed the correct parking fee into pay and display machines are being subjected to threatening letters demanding they pay fines because the DVLA is providing private carpark companies with confidential information.
I am a retired engineer who has worked as a service engineer on coin mechanisms and know they are unreliable and need to regularly recalibrated.
