I want to get the Croydon/M25 Cat Killer case re-opened.

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

There has been over 400 reported cases of cats, foxes and rabbits that have been found with extremities missing, or decapitated, then displayed within the owners grounds since 2014. It has been revealed that these killings are down to foxes, however, none of the current evidence suggests that.
Foxes can not operate surgical like instruments.
Foxes are not clever enough to remember, return and display a corpse on the owners property.
Foxes cannot preserve body parts and return them months later, still looking fresh.
Foxes are not camera shy and are not cautious of cctv cameras.
Cats will fight foxes back if they need to. Where’s the DNA?
Why is this guy removing heads? To remove evidence?

I think we need to get together & figure out his motive, and find a way to stop this “fox”

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise.

This is a decision for the Metropolitan Police.
