Abolish Tax And VAT On Small Businesses
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
Small/Local businesses simply do not have parallel income to Large businesses but still fall into the same Tax band. Gang violence and antisocial behaviour is on the rise in England, these seemingly insignificant businesses can provide jobs to the youth and help to influence the future generations.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure whether you'd like to exempt small businesses from all taxes, including business rates and VAT, or only from some taxes.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
