Ban insurance companies from charging administration fees

What the petition asks
Insurance companies are charging administration fees for starting/cancelling/amending policies when this work is all automated by the systems they have in place and the price charged is disproportional to the work involved.
Insurance companies do not incur any extra printing or postage charges to make amendments to policies anymore as everything is online, any changes made are processed automatically through the system, the charges were first introduced to cover the cost of the paper and ink and postage for sending letters.
