Make the Army and Navy flyover, in Chelmsford, two lanes to ease traffic

The current flyover is a single lane and was only supposed to be temporary.

Let’s lnock it down and make a double lane fly over so traffic can flow in both directions in and out of Chelmsford.

Petitions need to be about something that the UK Government or Parliament is responsible for. This would be the responsibility of Essex County Council.
