What the petition asks
Allergies cause deaths and allergic reactions cost the NHS every time someone has to go to A&E.
There is currently a nationwide Adrenalin pen shortage making this cause even more urgent.
ALL Food, toiletries and medications need clear concise labelling for all major allergens.

Anaphylactic shock is terrifying and can result in death. Anyone living with an allergy knows the fear of eating, something that should be sustenance suddenly becomes a deadly game of Russian Roulette. A simple labelling system for all consumables that is industry standard with regard to all ingredients and packaging environments will save lives and remove fear and make providers accountable to do their due diligence as to how their product is produced and ingredients sourced.
