Raise minimum wage for 16 year olds to £5 an hour

What the petition asks
Minors work just as well as young adults, so why is there such a large difference between wages? This is unfair because many minors struggle to support themselves and they want to become more independent but cannot because they are constantly relying on their parents to provide them with money.
