What the petition asks
Who has had enough of being left with the repair costs, when involved in an accident with a push bike?
Personally I am sick of being left at the roadside after a bike has hit my vehicle and then fled the scene.

The Motor Car Act 1903, required all motor vehicles to be entered on an official vehicle register, and to carry alphanumeric plates. The Act was passed in order that vehicles could be easily traced in the event of an accident or contravention of the law.
It’s seem evidently obvious that this should apply to push bike, so they can be held accountable for their actions.
