What the petition asks
Scotty and friends of L-dubcbp has spent the last 6 months chopping and clearing a piece of disused garage land to use for there 'Community Bike Project' restoring old and damaged bikes and giving them to the kids with parents on low income.. BCC now claims its been ear marked for housing..
Scotty cant proceed with PLI untill the BCC gives them permision to use the land.. but the BCC can close them for not having it.. so who is in the wrong here? Catch 22
