change the law on adultery to include sexual intercourse between the same sex

Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

The law recognises the act of adultery as sexual intercourse between a man and a woman. Therefore Same sex couples do not have equality in this law. Also a heterosexual couple where one partner cheats with someone from the same sex would not be able to claim adultery as grounds for divorce.
