Make a bike strip for teenagers to practice wheelies

What the petition asks
Me and my friends cannot find a safe place to ride and practice our tricks, if a strip was made we wouldnt be in car parks.
An ideal steip would be something which is protected from the weather, with lighting.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
