Refuse to uphold the NI (Executive Formation and Exercise of Functions) Bill.

What the petition asks
This Bill will compromise democracy in NI, placing decision-making in the hands of unelected civil servants and retrospectively blocking challenges to the Secretary of State's requirement to call an election within a reasonable period of time, an important safeguard to our democratic institutions.
Our government may be currently at a stalemate, but Parliament has no mandate from the people of Northern Ireland to revoke our democratic rights and their safeguards.
