What the petition asks
We, the Commonwealth Nationals who are resident in the UK are calling on the Prime Minister and her Government to grant amnesty to Commonwealth Citizens, who have remained in the UK for at least 10 years or more. We are urging the UK Government to exercise compassion and justice to grant amnesty.
Granting Amnesty to commonwealth national will give them the opportunity to contribute to the public purse and NHS. Due to Brexit, most EU citizens will be leaving the UK and leaving their jobs. Skilful commonwealth citizens will serve as a replacement in all sectors of the economy
