Introduce stringent anti- bullying measures in our schools
Rejected
13 signatures
What the petition asks
Every day we are reading about young lives being destroyed or even , sadly, lost as a result of bullying which appears to be endemic in our schools. The present anti- bullying charters are proving to be wholly inadequate and ineffective and in too many cases, not being adhered to
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you would like more stringent anti bullying measures in schools, but are not sure exactly what measures you would like introduced.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
If you want to make bullying awareness part of the national curriculum, you may wish to sign this petition instead:
Make bullying awareness part of the national curriculum in all schools.
If you want the parents of those who bully to be fined or prosecuted you may wish to sign this petition:
Introduce law to fine or prosecute the parents of bullies
