What the petition asks

Failed timetable changes in May, frequently cancelled and delayed trains, poor customer service, lack of facilities on trains (restaurant) and the proposals to remove guards from trains means customers are getting poor value for money and a service not fit for purpose.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Remove Arriva of their contract for disruptions to people and the economy
