Fund overnight hostels for homeless people in each town and city

What the petition asks
I wish for this to happen because homeless people are not treated fairly in today’s society and wish to show people that everyone is equal.
If people are living on the streets then it could cause more health condition and cost more money for the NHS which is already struggling as quite clearly proven
