What the petition asks
for all fathers to have immediate shared access to their children and not just weekend contact. currently in most cases fathers access is limited to 4 days per month, whereas the mother gains immediate access over the children and can choose when the father sees them.
this petition is to allow every father who is denied access to the children under no grounds to be granted by law immediate 50/50 shared access to their children after separation/divorce.
no father should have to pay to only see there child for 4 days per month (1 over night stay every other weekend)
